I like stainless steel slanted tweezers with a long body and a built in comb. I’ve had mine so long I can’t link to them but it might take a little trial and error to see what you prefer anyway, all feel different. Look after your tweezers, if they’re dropped you can damage the tips and they won’t pick hair accurately any more.

Brow Grooming scissors should be readily available at your local beauty supplier. A curved tip softens the cut edge to assist in avoiding blunt edges and layers in the brows.
