The Clients Role

Listen to me GUIDE my client.

I have my clients stretch the brow I want to work on with the opposite hand on their forehead above the brow and pulling up and the other hand on their temple pulling into the hairline (clients who have had threading elsewhere may place their lower hand on their eyelid and pull down - this tents and ripples the skin, plus crushes their eyeball so I prefer the temple stretch).

Stretching holds the delicate skin stable so it doesn’t also get rolled into the twist.

Tipping the chin up allows me to get into the eye socket.

Turning their head away from me when I’m working on the tail is crucial as having a flat work surface is easier than working down the side of the face at an odd angle.

Be mindful of your body positioning for career longevity.

For this particular client I'm always conscious of removing all the peach fuzz. There's never a lot of re growth compared to how much I see on some clients but each client has their own tolerance for how much 'untidy' they can handle.
