Zero Precision Practice
Get yourself seated, bend your knee and bring your lower leg in close so you can lean over and reach onto your calf. Our focus for this task is just to remove hair, no precision necessary just yet.
Choose a hair, lay the twist down on the skin below the hair and then initiate the roll of the twist so it travels toward the hair. Watch closely, move slowly and you’ll see the hair get wrapped into the twist and, if you maintain tension and motion through the twist, you’ll see & feel the hair get removed!
You won’t get each hair first time, you may need to adjust your angle of approach with the twist depending how the hair grows. Leg hairs are also thicker and more rooted than facial hair so they’ll take a bit more tension in the twist to get them out.
You can also do zero precision practice on willing models, perhaps their calf or the back of their hand. I’d suggest trimming hairs to 1-2mm if they’re longer.
